Better to Know about Linh Phong Stupa
This tower is by the main staircase leading to the King Peak, on the higher terrace than the Teahouse, and on the lower terrace than Linh Chua Linh Tu Temple. It’s one of the buildings which can be seen from other areas of Ba Na Hills.
Linh Phong Tower is 33,6 meters tall, built in 2006. It includes 9 stories and each storey has one Sakyamuni buddha statue on four sides, and hanging bells at the tip of roofs. Around its base, there are the Four Heavenly Kings (Tu Dai Thien Vuong) who are believed to watch over one cardinal direction of the world.
Visitors just can go to the ground floor of Linh Phong Tower, to see and pray. Other stories are closed and opened only for monks or when special occasions occur.
In the spring, around the Vietnamese new year festival, it’s possible to see blooming bell-shaped cherry blossoms in the surroundings of Linh Phong Tower. This pink flower is the symbol of Nui Chua Mountain (the King Peak).

Here are ways to get to Linh Phong Stupa from the base of Ba Na Hills:
– From Champa Station: get the cable car ride to Taiga Station near French Village. After leaving the station, follow the path on the right hand side and the staircase to Linh Phong Stupa lies on the right hand side after a short walk (in the front of Viet Restaurant).
– From Hoi An Station: get the cable car ride to the Golden Hands Bridge, Le Jardin d’Amour Gardens, Linh Ung Pagoda, Big Buddha. After that, take the cable car from Bordeaux Station near Golden Bridge to reach Louvre Station in French Village, OR take the funicular at Le Jardin Station to go downhill to Debay Station, and take the cable car from there to Morin Station in French Village. Next, find the Saint Denis Church and follow the path to the left until the end. In the front of Viet Restaurant, will see the stairs up to Linh Phong Stupa on the summit.
– From Suoi Mo Station: get the cable car ride to Ba Na Station and then walk to D’Amour Station to get a funicular ride to go up to the hilltop. After arriving at Le Jardin Station, visit Golden Hands Bridge, Le Jardin d’Amour Gardens, Linh Ung Pagoda, and Big Buddha first. After that, take the cable car from Bordeaux Station near Golden Bridge to reach Louvre Station in French Village, OR take the funicular at Le Jardin Station to go downhill to Debay Station, and take the cable car from there to Morin Station in French Village. – From Hoi An 2 Station: get the cable car ride to the Moon Kingdom Station. After that, walk to the Lunar Castle and go down to its lowest floor to see the Dragon Den Station. From here, take the funicular to the Mystery Well Station in the Arapang building. Next, go upstairs back to the ground, walk along the path to the left to see Saint Denis Church. Follow the path to the left until the end. In the front of Viet Restaurant, will see the stairs up to Linh Phong Stupa on the summit.
