Here are ways you can pay:

Cash

Visitors can pay by cash after picked up when our company agreed previously. Unless, please contact our customer service again to check.

Any payment by foreign currency should be accepted before the tour begins. The rate depends on time of travel.

Debit/Credit Card

Paying the tour by debit/credit card is available at our company.

Depending on the card issuer/company, the transaction fee will be 3-5% of total payment.

When the transaction fee is too small, you don’t have to pay for it.

When the transaction fee is too much for you, you should consider selecting other payment method.

Bank Transfer

If you live in Vietnam, you can send us the payment via QR code or bank account number.

If you do not live in Vietnam, you can send the payment.

Our company will not pay for transaction fee (or transferring fee) without an agreement in advance.

Any payment by foreign currency (like USD), has to be annouced in advance. The rate should be discussed before sending any money.

Private Tour vs Group Tour

For some tours or/and transfer services, visitors have to pay fully in advance to book. For example, tours from Chan May cruise port.

To book group tour(s), visitors have to pay fully in advance to secure the spots.

When visitors like to pay fully in advance, no matter private tour or group tour, it’s always okay.

Deposit

Visitors can send a deposit first, and then send the remaining payment when come to Vietnam.

Deposit should be at least 30% of total payment. If like to send less deposit, please contact our company in advance by WhatsApp.

A full refund for the deposit will be sent when visitors cancel at least 7 days in advance, or when the weather is bad for running the tour (like typhoon day or flooding day), or any reason(s) that our company knows and agrees.

No refund for deposit when visitors want to cancel the tour within 24 hours, or no-show.

Booking Confirmation

A booking confirmation will be sent to your email.
