Constructed by local villagers in Quang Tri Province, the Vinh Moc Tunnels served as an underground bomb shelter complex to protect civilians from relentless American airstrikes. The multi-level subterranean network included living quarters, a well, a school, and a maternity hospital where several babies were successfully born. This remarkable engineering feat allowed an entire community to survive years of heavy bombardment safely underground.

Our driver will pick up you in your hotel in Da Nang.
After that, he/she takes you by the fastest route to Vinh Moc Tunnels. The drive is around 4 hour long if no stop. To have a break, Lap An Lagoon is recommended.

– Hien Luong Bridge (17th Parallel): Spanning the Ben Hai River along the 17th parallel, the Hien Luong Bridge served as the literal and symbolic demarcation line dividing North and South Vietnam from 1954 to 1975. The bridge was famously painted in two different colors down the middle, representing the partitioned nation. – Quang Tri Citadel: Originally built in the 19th century under the Nguyen dynasty, the Quảng Trị Citadel served as a regional military fortress and administrative headquarters. During the Vietnam War, it became the site of one of the conflict’s most brutal engagements, enduring an immense barrage of artillery and bombs during the historic 81-day battle in 1972. – In the end of the tour, our driver & guide will drop you off at your hotel.
– Pickup surcharge is required to visitors staying NOT in Da Nang city center or Hoi An city center.

– Children above 1,4 meters height OR 10 years old will be charged same to adults.

– Any cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable.
