Where to See Monkeys on Cham Island Vietnam?
Cham Islands is a nature reserve, therefore it’s known for a richness of plants and animals. Forests cover almost all islands, and the largest forest is on Hon Lao, the biggest island (approx 1.300 ha).
Today, visitors can see wild monkeys at these places on Hon Lao:
– the slope from Bai Lang to Bai Xep Beach
– the road from Bai Xep Beach to Eo Gio (behind Bai Lang)
– Bai Chong Beach (half way from Bai Lang to Bai Huong)
– Bai Huong (but just sometimes)
If your tour itinerary (one day or multiple days) include Bai Chong Beach, you have the chance to see monkeys. This is a plus point for the beach for family with kids.
Another popular beach for day trippers, Bai Ong Beach, has no monkeys. So if your tour brings you here, there is no chance.
