Pick up
Pick up time: 7:00-8:00 AM (local time, depending on hotel location)
Our driver and guide will pick up you at your hotel in Da Nang city center or My Khe Beach or Non Nuoc Beach.
There is an extra fee to pick up at other areas of Da Nang (such as Tho Quang, Man Thai, Nai Hien Dong, Thanh Khe, Lien Chieu, Son Tra Peninsula, Cam Le, Hoa Vang).
Because this is a group tour, therefore our team will contact you 1 day in advance to confirm the pick up time.
Cua Dai Port
Located about 30 kilometers from Da Nang’s center, Cua Dai Port serves as the primary gateway for boats departing to the Cham Islands. See more details
Cham Island (Biggest Island)
Here are places that you will see in the main island of Cham Islands with our guide:
– Bai Lang: the largest fishing village where locals sell fresh seafood, grilled seafood, souvenirs made by snail shells, banh it la gai (ramie leaf rice cake), herbal tea made by forest plants, more.
– Museum of Cham Island Marine Park: learn about the marine biodiversity of Cham Islands and see the specimen of typical creatures. Find out the reasons why it’s inscribed to be world biosphere reserve by Unesco. See more details
– Xom Cam Well: an ancient well that was constructed around 10th century by Cham people and still produces the fresh water for local inhabitants. Learn about local customs linking to this site. See more details
– Hai Tang Pagoda: the oldest Buddhist temple in Cham Islands where local fishermen and merchants come to pray for safety on the sea. It’s inscribed to be a national heritage by the Vietnamese government. See more details
*If don’t want to walk, consider taking a motorbike ride around the village (extra fee: 200,000 VND/person, paying by cash).
Snorkeling Experience
You will return to the speed boat and then go to Bai Ong Beach, the most beautiful beach in Cham Islands, to change your clothes for snorkeling. If need to buy bikini, swimwear or other items, there are some shops here to buy.
At the snorkeling spot (in another island), you will explore the wonderful underwater world with colorful corals and fishes. The archipelago is known as one of the best snorkeling/diving places in Vietnam.
If want to go scuba diving, please tell our guide for support. You will pay an extra for this activity.
When get back to the main island, you can use fresh water to take shower without fees and then relax on nearby sun chairs.
Bai Ong Beach for lunch & relaxation
Visit Bai Ong, the best beach in Cham Islands. Here, you will see a stretch of white, fine sand by the blue sea and coconut forests. The water is not deep, clear and the wave is not strong. For that reason, you (and your family or friends) can go swimming safely here. Water sports are available during the peak tourist season (summer). Fresh water is free to use. See more details
Here, you will have lunch with fresh seafood and local dishes. Couples, families and groups will sit together with a private table and share the meal. Vegetarian lunch is available for group of 2 people and above. If do not want a pre-arranged set menu, you will have an a-la-carte menu to choose your own favorite food(s).
Return & drop off
Go back to Cua Dai port by speed boat. After that, our bus will return to Da Nang city center and drop off you in your hotel. The tour ends.

– Our driver & guide will pick you at your hotel in Da Nang city center (including Hai Chau District, Son Tra District except Nai Hien Dong ward & Tho Quang ward, Ngu Hanh Son District except Hoa Hai ward & Hoa Quy ward) or Hoi An city center.
– In the end of the tour, our driver & guide will drop you off at your hotel.
– Pickup surcharge is required to visitors staying NOT in Da Nang city center or Hoi An city center.
– All surcharges are payable in cash directly to your tour guide.
– No pick up & drop off service in Tan Hiep area of Hoi An (Cham Island).
– Children above 1,4 meters height OR 10 years old will be charged same to adults.
– Children from 1 to 1,4 meters height OR from 5 to 10 years old, will have a discount.

Snorkelling trip to Cham Island
Cham Islands are magnificent a long sandy beach, crystal blue water and calm sea. The trip is all very organized and Mr Hoang is very welcoming and helpful. He is always checking in on you to make sure you have the best possible experience. Once at the beach you have the opportunity to do scuba diving at an extra cost which was an unforgettable experience. Well recommended
Beautiful island with beach, corals & sun
We went to Cham Island snorkeling tour with our family and kids. It was very well organised tour and our energetic and happy tour guide Miss Loan did a very good job keeping the group together, explaining us the history of the islands and made sure that everyone was taken care of.
We booked the tour through hoiandaytrip.com and everything went quite seamlessly. We got confirmation on the time we would be picked up from our hotel, a driver took us to the port where we grouped up with everyone else, and our tour guide took care of the rest.
The snorkeling experience was quite fun, we could see different kinds of small fish. Later we had some time on the beach to relax. Our tour guide Miss Loan was always happy, energetic and caring.
I recommend it to anyone looking for a snorkeling and breach relaxation break.
