Mango Buffet Restaurant serves up to 200 Vietnamese, Asian and western dishes. Visitors will see:

+ salads: chayote salad, clear noodle salad with seafood, coconut palm heart salad, jellyfish salad, Korean cold noodle.

+ cold cuts: chicken sausage, ham, Vietnamese pork skin ham, beef pastrami (smoked beef), Vietnamese chicken sausage, Korean hot and spicy rice cakes (tteokbokki)

+ Vietnamese traditional food: bun cha (grilled pork noodle), Hoi An style chicken rice, Vietnamese sticky rice with char siu pork or shredded chicken, banh cuon (fresh rice paper rolls) with pork sausage, banh tom (prawn cake), banh xeo (crispy rice pancake), banh nam (steamed rice dumpling wrapped in banana leaf), fresh spring rolls,

+ Korean kimbap with tuna, crab, salmod, veggies and mixed (Kimbap is a Korean dish consisting of cooked rice and other ingredients wrapped in a sheet of seaweed and cut into bite-sized slices)

+ barbecues: spicy grilled octopus, roasting duck, roasting turmeric fish, Korean style grilled pork ribs, grilled chilli salt prawns, grilled clams with garlic and cheese, grilled snails with green pepper, roasting chicken, grilled vegetable roots

+ fries: Vietnamese fried spring rolls, French fries, fried veggies, vegetarian tempura

+ western food: vegetarian pizza, spaghetti bolognese and cheese, breads or/and sandwiches with pumpkin seed, cheese, bacon, different jams,… (bread toaster is available)

+ Japanese sushi with different meats (not available everyday)

+ Indian dishes (not available everyday)

+ vegetarian dishes: lotus salad, fruit salad, boiled veggies, stir-fried mixed veggies, vegetarian curry, stir-fried tofu with tomato sauce,…

+ noodle soups: Vietnamese pho (beef noodle soup), Thai style seafood noodle soup, stewed chayote soup, Japanese udon noodle soup, Vietnamese crab noodle soup (only two of these dishes are available to select), complimentary fresh herbs and sauces

+ Other meat dishes: grilled ostrich, stewed beef, seafood curry, baked crocodile, Korean style stir-fried beef (bulgogi), steamed clams with lemongrass, fried snakehead fish in fishsauce, stewed chicken with lemongrass, shrimps cooked in tamarind sauce, stir-fried pasta noodles with beef, spicy stir-fried octopus,…

+ desserts: Vietnamese che (sweet bean soup with coconut milk), sweet cakes, tropical fruits (guava, dragon fruit, passion fruit, Vietnamese king orange, banana, water melon, seasonal fruits like rambutan, lychee, langan). 

About the drink, visitors will see juices (mango, orange, guava, strawberry, blue berry, etc) and tea (jasmine, winter melon, etc). In the dry season (February to September), these drinks are cool or served with ice. In the rest of the year, when it becomes colder in the mountain, warm and/or hot drinks are catered.

Soft drinks, coffee and alcohol drinks (such as Ba Na Hills craft beer) will be surcharged. There are about 2 stations on each ground of the Four Seasons restaurant to buy. Sometimes, visitors see a water/waitress moving around to sell them. The price starts from 50,000 VND per can/bottle/glass/cup. Paying by both cash (VND) and cards are accepted.
