The ‘Moon Kingdom’ is a zone in Ba Na Hills, a theme park in Da Nang Vietnam. It lies at an elevation of over 1,400 meters, on the top of Chua Mountain (King Mountain), near arrival station of the cable car from Hoi An 2 Station.
Here are attractions and activities in the Moon Kingdom at Ba Na Hills:
– Lunar Castle: the biggest castle in Ba Na Hills. It has Moon Junction Theatre (where families have a fun time with a fascinating 5D cinematic video/movie), Flying Eyes Theater (where visitors will ride an airship to see wonders of the world), and Moon Square (where grand shows take place in the summer festival between April and August). How to Get to Moon Kingdom in Ba Na Hills
The Moon Kingdom is in Sun World Ba Na Hills, Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city, Vietnam. Like Moon Kingdom, this zone also lies on the highest altitude of the park. To get there, it’s needed to ride the cable car, after coming to the park.
The quickest cable car to the Sun Kingdom is from Hoi An 2 Station. The arrival station is the Moon Kingdom Station. The cable car ride is 20-30 minutes long, depending on the weather.
Additionally, visitors can take the cable car from Hoi An Station to Marseille Station. After going to Golden Hands Bridge, Le Jardin d’Amour, giant Buddha statue and Linh Ung Pagoda, walk to Bordeaux Station near the bridge. From here, take the cable car to Louvre Station and to see the Moon Kingdom, it’s needed to walk through the Eclipse Plaza or walk to Mystery Well Station to take the funicular train (Ba Na Hills Funicular 2).
If take the cable car from Toc Tien Waterfall Station or Champa Station, the arrival station will be in French Village. From here, find the quickest way to the Mystery Well Station to take the funicular train to the Moon Kingdom (inside Arapang building). Another way is walking to Louvre Station and then through Eclipse Plaza to see the Moon Kingdom.
Occasionally, visitors will reach Ba Na Hills by the cable car from Suoi Mo Station. After landing, go outside and walk to nearby Debay Station to take one more cable car to Morin Station. Leave the building and then find the Mystery Well Station to take the funicular train to go to the Moon Kingdom.
