What to Expect in Rose Garden of Ba Na Hills?

Unlike the Le Jardin d’Amour Gardens (on the same hill with Golden Hands Bridge), the Rose Garden in Ba Na Hills has only roses but their varieties are diverse. For that reason, visitors will see many colors here and have good photo opportunities. Throughout the day, it’s no crowded here although nearby attractions are very busy.

From the Rose Garden of Ba Na Hills, the view to the surrounding area is stunning. In sunny days, it’s possible to see an incredibly beautiful panorama with dense and untouched forests of Ba Na nature reserve, the city and the countryside of Da Nang, and the Monkey Mountain in the front. To the left, there are mountains in Bach Ma National Park with peaks rising up to over 1,400 meters and by the sea, it’s Hai Van Pass (the best coastal road in the country to visit). To the right, there are rocky hills of the Marble Mountains (famous for old Buddhist temples and majestic caves) and the plain of Hoi An with winding rivers and Cham Islands on nearby ocean. The giant Buddha of Ba Na Hills (27 meters tall) and Vietnam’s longest alpine coasters also visible from the Rose Garden. We recommend all visitors going to this place to take pictures.

If staying in the hotel at Ba Na Hills, this garden is a nice place to watch the sunrise. Before it’s dark, watching sunset here is fantastic. In the evening, it’s perfect to see the spectacular view to the city of Da Nang which is decorated with millions of lights.

In the Rose Garden of Ba Na Hills, visitors can find some restaurants and coffee shops, including:

  • Rosa Hotpot: serving hotpot buffet with a wide variety of meat and vegetable options
  • Rosa Fried Chicken: serving fried chicken and other western dishes
  • Rosa Sushi Bar: serving Japanese food (highly recommend for those who like Japanese cuisine but don’t want to go for a buffet at Little Tokyo Restaurant)
  • Starbucks: serving coffee, cakes and selling souvenirs
  • Rosa Sky Coffee: serving coffee with a beautiful view
