Ba Na Hills is in Da Nang city, Vietnam. From the Philippines, visitors need to have a flight to this city first and then a transfer to the hill station.

It plays its role as the gateway by air from abroad to Da Nang, Hoi An and the whole central Vietnam region. Meaning that if fly to Da Nang to travel, visitors absolutely will land at the Da Nang Airport, particularly the International Terminal (Terminal T1). Direct Flight to Da Nang from Philippines

In 2024, there is one direct flight operated by Cebu Pacific from Manila (capital of Philippines) to Da Nang Vietnam. It departs in the evening from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) and later lands at the International Terminal (T1) at the Da Nang International Airport (DAD). Duration of this flight is 2 hour and 45 minutes.

Philippines passport holders can enter and stay in Vietnam for 21 days free maximum, including day in and day out. If just interested in Ba Na Hills and the beach, we recommend staying in Da Nang (instead of Hoi An) because it’s nearer.

In the future, if the flight from Manila to Da Nang boards earlier, visitors can have one full night in Da Nang. Popular things to do here are watching Dragon Bridge Fire Show (available from Friday to Sunday), watching the city and bridges from Han River Night Cruise, trying local food and going shopping at Son Tra Night Market, enjoying a ride on Sun Wheel (one of world’s tallest observation wheels), watching such colorful fireworks at Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (available in June/July)…See more information & details
