Best Time to Visit Beaches on Cham Island

The best time to visit beaches on Cham Islands in the year is the dry season, from February to the end of August. In this period, the weather is beautiful, with lots of sun and no rain. For that reason, it’s a perfect time to sightsee, sunbathe, go swimming, take pictures, and play water sports.

The worst time of the year to visit beaches in Cham Islands is the rainy season, from September to January. The weather in these months is mostly rainy and cloudy, so it’s not really great to head over to the beach. Between October and December/January, typhoons may hit the area, causing very strong winds and waves as well as heavy rains and floods.

In December and January, generally it often rains. The heaviest rain will be in late December and early January (around Christmas, New year holidays). In late January, visitors can expect dry or sunny days to visit beaches in Cham Islands. Check the weather forecast to choose the best days or hours!
