Bo De School in Quang Tri Province was originally built in 1959 by the local Buddhist association as a community high school. During the fierce 81-day battle of the Quang Tri Citadel in 1972, the building served as a strategic frontline combat outpost and endured relentless bombardment. Today, its heavily ruined, pockmarked walls are preserved as a solemn memorial site bearing witness to the destruction of war.
