How to Get to Eo Gio Viewpoint on Cham Island
Eo Gio on the eastern coast of Cham Island. It lies at the crossroad between the cement road touring the island and the road going from the main pier.
Visitors can walk or ride the motorbike to get to it. Walking is feasible from the main village (Bai Lang) because the distance is only 1,5km. If want to see sunrise, going early is a must. If want to save time, hire a motorbike from the hotel and then ride up to Eo Gio. Because it’s steep, go slowly and carefully. Consider paying a local man for the ride to this place if not confident.
From Bai Huong village, another fishing village on Cham Island, the only way to reach Eo Gio is by motorbike. Visitors can hire one at the homestay and then go towards the main village Bai Lang (westwards). From this village, go northwards until the end.
