Ky Anh Tunnels
Visit one of the largest war tunnel systems in Vietnam that are dug in the Vietnam War. It’s 32 kilometers long and constructed from 1965 to 1967. Firstly, you will come to Thach Tan Communal House to learn about it. After that, follow a local man who grew up in the wartime, to discover hidden tunnels, hiding places, bomb shelters and listen to his stories to know what happened in the past. *Compared to Cu Chi Tunnels in Ho Chi Minh city, Ky Anh Tunnels is less touristy. The village where it’s located, is definitely an authentic rural village.
Mat weaving experience
You can engage in the traditional art of mat weaving within family-run workshops. Artisans demonstrate how to dye sedge grass in vibrant hues and operate manual looms, offering a hands-on opportunity to preserve this heritage craft while creating a unique, handmade souvenir. See more details

Upon your request, we’ll stop at Cam Thanh Coconut Village on the way. Here’re activities:
(1) Explore coconut forest by basket boat, a unique fishing to central Vietnam. Two adults share 1 boat and the ride is up to one hour. See more details

– Our driver & guide will pick you at your hotel in Da Nang city center (including Hai Chau District, Son Tra District except Nai Hien Dong ward & Tho Quang ward, Ngu Hanh Son District except Hoa Hai ward & Hoa Quy ward) or Hoi An city center.
– In the end of the tour, our driver & guide will drop you off at your hotel.

Tunnels tour in Hoi An
Very interesting experience, Lots of historical landmarks. A beautiful temple that survived the war which is over 300 years old. Learnt a lot about communication and information during the war. Tunnels are not very small I’m very tall and was fine.
A tour for those who wants to know better Vietnam war
One of the best and most authentic experiences to do in hoi an. just a short 50 minutes away from the center, the tour is run by a local veteran and you get to go through the tunnels as well as learn more about the history behind it all. definitely come visit.
Very worthwhile and educational tour!
A must do full day tour from Hoi An if you want to better understand the impact on the locals during the Vietnam War. I had no idea previously about the atrocities of the My Lai massacre, and you certainly gain a different perspective of the war after this tour. We visited the US airforce base as well as a war museum and the site/village where the massacre occurred. A highlight was a tour of the actual underground tunnels by a survivor of the War who was 10 years old at the time of the massacre. Our tour guide Vinh was very knowledgeable and this tour is highly recommended!
