Its address is An Son Village, Hoa Ninh commune, Hoa Vang district, Da Nang. Inside the park, the bridge is close to Marseille Station. Flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang

From Ho Chi Minh City, visitors can travel by airplane to Da Nang city. During the day, there are a dozen flights available between these regional centres. Duration of each flight is 1 hour and 20 minutes. At the moment, there are 4 local airlines to choose from: Vietnam Airlines (‘Vietnam national airlines’, flight numbers started with VN), Vietjet Air (flight numbers started with VJ), Bamboo Airways (flight numbers started with QH), Vietravel Airlines (flight numbers started with VU). Flight price depends on the airline, time, class and age, and will be more expensive in Vietnamese public holidays.

In Ho Chi Minh City, passengers have to go to Tan Son Nhat International Airport (code SGN) in Tan Binh district, 7 km away from District 1. To get there, it’s possible to take a private transfer by car/van/bus, shared shuttle bus, public bus (or ride the motorbike if you live in Vietnam!). In this airport, it’s needed to go check-in at the Domestic Terminal (T1 Terminal) to fly to Da Nang.

In Da Nang, the airplane will land at the Da Nang International Airport (code DAD). This airport lies within the city centre, so it’s very convenient to pick up. From here, visitors will spend about 40 minutes to reach Ba Na Hills where Golden Hands Bridge is located. Contact us by +84968009827 (hotline/whatsapp/line/zalo) to book an airport transfer in Da Nang.

If just have a layover in Da Nang (will fly to another city later), visitors can use luggage storage service in the Da Nang International Airport or at Ba Na Hills. In Da Nang Airport, it’s needed to go to the Arrival at the International Terminal (T2). This terminal is just a few minutes walk from the Domestic Terminal where the airplane from Hanoi lands. Here, have to pay for the service! To save time and money, visitors can go to Ba Na Hills right after arrival, and use the luggage storage service there. It’s 100% free and reliable! The storage room is next to the ticket counter at the main entrance.

Our thoughts: Visitors need around 1/2 day to reach and visit the Golden Hands Bridge. Therefore, we recommend taking a flight in the early morning to have as much time as possible, to do everything at an unhurried pace. From February to September (the dry season), the weather is good. So, visitors can visit anytime as long as it’s still bright. From October to January, it rains frequently and heavily, especially in high mountains like Ba Na Hills. To see the hand bridge clearly (without rain/fog/cloud), visitors may need to stay some days in the area and then choose the best day to see it. Once again, check the weather forecast in advance!

Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang by Train

Both Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang are on Vietnam’s north-south railway (Vietnamese: Duong sat Bac Nam). Therefore, visitors can go from Hanoi to Da Nang by train. Duration of the train ride is about 15 hours.

In Ho Chi Minh City, visitors need to go to the Saigon Railway Station at 01 Nguyen Thong Street, District 3. It’s located right in the city downtown and not too far away from the District 1. To get there, all road vehicles are convenient. Walking is also possible.

During the long train ride from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang, food and drink are all served. Visitors should choose a bunker bed to sleep in and depart in the afternoon/evening to be in Da Nang city the next morning. That is the way to save time. Compared to traveling by airplane, the train ticket price is a little bit cheaper.

In Da Nang, the train will arrive at the Da Nang Railway Station. Like the airport, it lies within the city centre too, therefore it’s convenient to pick up here as well as find local restaurants and shops to eat/buy. Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang by Bus

Da Nang is about 1,000 kilometers north of Ho Chi Minh City. If travel to this city by bus, visitors will spend nearly 20 hours (including stopping to have food). Due to long distance and long drive, we advise getting a sleeper bus or night bus to go from Hanoi’s bus stations to the Da Nang Central Bus Station.

The Da Nang Central Bus Station is on Ton Duc Thang St (Lien Chieu district), 7 kilometers away from Da Nang city downtown. Here, visitors can be picked up or easily find a private transfer by car to Ba Na Hills where the Golden Hands Bridge is located. The drive is 40-60 minutes long. Best Way to Go from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang

For us, the best way to go from Hanoi to Da Nang is by airplane because of very long distance. If take a bus, many travelers plan to stop at somewhere between Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, such as Da Lat, Nha Trang or Quy Nhon. While Da Lat is located in the mountain, Nha Trang and Quy Nhon are by the sea. If want to take a train, only Nha Trang and Quy Nhon are possible to reach.

No matter the train or airplane or bus, visitors will go to Da Nang city centre where it’s easy to look for one transfer to Ba Na Hills.
