This tour shows you all highlights of Hoi An Ancient Town at night, the best time to visit it. After sunset, the town becomes so colorful, lovely and vibrant because of a large number of lanterns. In its heart, the 17th-century Japanese Bridge is a must see. On the river, you will have a memorable boat ride to watch the brilliant townscape and to release candle lanterns to take pictures or make wishes. Walk through the streets with most lanterns, will see two largest night markets where lots of street food and local products are for sale. Have dinner with authentic Vietnamese food. En route from Da Nang to Hoi An, discover the water coconut forest by basket boat, the unique fishing boat in central Vietnam. You will see narrow canals through dense palms and watch the ‘spinning boats’ that is a must see today.

Cam Thanh Coconut Village

Located near the estuary of Thu Bon River, Cam Thanh Coconut Village is known for many thatched roof houses, fishing harbors and a vast water coconut (nipa palm) forest. Here, you will have a boat trip to discover the forest by a basket boat, the unique fishing vessel of local fishermen. Traditional Handicrafts Workshop

Hoi An is famous for diverse traditional crafts and arts thanks to its past role as a trading port. It’s inscribed by Unesco to be a Creative City in category of crafts and folk arts. Here, have the chance to know better about silk making, lantern making, silk-painting making, garment making and more.

Japanese Covered Bridge

Visit the most iconic landmark of Hoi An Ancient Town, a world heritage site. It’s constructed in the 17th century by Japanese people and later, restored by Chinese people. It’s known as ‘Pagoda Bridge’ by the locals because there is a small temple here. Because very famous, visitors will have at least one photo in this bridge. See more details

Phung Hung or Tan Ky Old House

You will see one of the best old houses:

Option 1- Phung Hung Old House: a distinctive two-story merchant residence in Hoi An showcasing a harmonious blend of Vietnamese, Japanese, and Chinese architectural styles. Option 2 – Tan Ky Old House: Tan Ky Old House has been meticulously preserved by the same family for seven generations. Cantonese Assembly Hall

Visit one of the largest Chinese assembly halls in Hoi An. It hosts communal activities and special occasions of Cantonese Chinese congregation as well as worship of Quan Cong, a Chinese military general and god. See more details

Lantern Boat Ride on Hoai River

Go on a leisurely boat ride on Hoai River which runs through the heart of Hoi An Ancient Town. During it, visitors enjoy watching a sparkling and colorful townscape as well as take beautiful photos. Nguyen Hoang Street Night Market

Visit the biggest night market in Hoi An. Here, local people sell a variety of street food and souvenirs, making it a paradise for food lovers and shopaholics. After sightseeing with our guide, you will have free time to explore the town (taking photos, going shopping, having dinner, etc).

Return & drop off

After meeting with our guide again, you will walk to the pick up point (outside the Hoi An pedestrian zone) to see our driver, and then return to Da Nang.
