This half day tour shows you Hoi An Old Town, a world heritage site and Thanh Ha Pottery Village, the last surviving pottery making village. In the town, our electric car and guide will take you to temples from different religions and populations, handicraft workshops as well as famous places to try unique local foods. In the pottery village, walk through small alleys to see local life and meet local artisans. Try your hand at making pottery with instruction from a local family.

Hoi An Old Town
Hoi An Ancient Town is an exceptionally well-preserved South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century. In 1999, it’s honored to be a world heritage site. This town is famous for pretty narrow streets with yellow-wall houses, colorful lanterns and many tailor shops. It’s also one of the most photographed places in Vietnam. See more details
In Hoi An, you will see these places:
– Teochew Assembly Hall: visit the most beautifully decorated Chinese assembly hall. Here, local Teochew people have worshipped the god who blesses good business and weather. See more details
– Phap Bao Pagoda: visit the largest Buddhist temple in Hoi An Old Town. It played its role as the headquarter of local Buddhist association. See more details
– Tran Family Chapel: visit an ornate family chapel constructed in the 19th century. It has a collection of antiquities and old objects (furniture, paintings, statues, sculptures, ceramics,…). See more details

– Cao Dai Temple: visit a colorful temple with an unique architecture blended by different religions and cultures (Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism, Christianity,…). This is the holy see of Caodaism (Caodaists) in the city. See more details
– Traditional handicrafts workshop: meet a local woman wearing traditional ao dai dress and listen to her introduction about Hoi An’s local handicrafts (silk making, lantern making, garment making, silk painting making, etc)
White Rose Dumplings
Visit one of original restaurants in Hoi An which sell white rose dumplings. It’s run by the family who first made it. Here, visitors can watch how family members make the cakes and try them later. Nowhere else in the world, this dumplings can be found. See more details
Thanh Ha Pottery Village
Visit the last surviving pottery making village in the area. Local people in this village has been made pottery from the 15th century. Here, visitors will walk along narrow and peaceful alleys to watch the artisans working at their houses or kilns, try the hand at making a pottery with their instruction, see the products they made and buy something for souvenir. – Our driver & guide will pick you at your hotel in Da Nang city center (including Hai Chau District, Son Tra District except Nai Hien Dong ward & Tho Quang ward, Ngu Hanh Son District except Hoa Hai ward & Hoa Quy ward) or Hoi An city center.
– In the end of the tour, our driver & guide will drop you off at your hotel.
– Pickup surcharge is required to visitors staying NOT in Da Nang city center or Hoi An city center.
– All surcharges are payable in cash directly to your tour guide.
– No pick up & drop off service in Tan Hiep area of Hoi An (Cham Island).


– Children above 1,4 meters height OR 10 years old will be charged same to adults.
– Children from 1 to 1,4 meters height OR from 5 to 10 years old, will have a discount.
– Children under 5 years old OR 1 meter height, will be free of charge.
– On your day of travel, if your kid is 1,4 meters and above (and you booked a children ticket previously), please pay the surcharge of 350,000 VND in cash.

– Any cancellation before 7 days of departure date will be free of charge.
– Any cancellation before 6 days of departure date will be charged 30% selling price.
– Any cancellation before 5 – 4 days of departure date will be charged 50% selling price.
– Any cancellation before 3 – 2 days of departure date will be charged 75% selling price.
– Any cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable.

What to bring/wear
Visitors should wear comfortable walking shoes, hat/cap, sunglasses, sunscreen, rain poncho/jacket (from October to January), cash. To visit the temples, please wear respectively. In other words, make sure that the pants cover the upper knees and the shirt covers the navel, shoulders, armpits. See more details
