This market has more than 100 stalls selling foods and special local products, souvenirs, fashion items, accessories,… Food options are banh mi sandwich, oc hut or sucking snails (different types of snails), banh trang nuong or grilled rice paper, cha vien chien or fried fish balls, banh trang tron or rice paper salad, mi quang noodles, grilled seafood, ram cuon cai or fried spring rolls wrapped in mustard greens, bun thit nuong or grilled pork noodles, ice creams, fresh fruits,… Visitors will sit on low plastic chairs to eat, drink, enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and watch the world. Unlike other night markets, this place attracts groups of university student who dance, sing and perform on the street. Selling prices are also lower because it doesn’t lie within tourist areas. From Da Nang city center, the distance to Hoa Khanh Night Market is about 11 kilometers. Visitors can take a taxi, private car/van/bus or ride the motorbike to get there. If going by bike, find the quickest way to see Dien Bien Phu Street or Ton Duc Thang Street or Nguyen Luong Bang Street and then go westwards (towards Hai Van Pass). At crossroad of Nguyen Luong Bang Street and Au Co Street, turn left, go straight and the market is on the left hand side.
If staying on the east bank of the Han River or My Khe Beach, visitors need to go across the river by Thuan Phuoc Bridge/Han River Bridge/Dragon Bridge/Tran Thi Ly Bridge and then find the shortest way to Dien Bien Phu Street or Ton Duc Thang Street or Nguyen Luong Bang Street.
