Currently, ticket price of Dong Giang Heaven Gate is 300.000 VND per adult and kid above 139cm, 250.000 VND per kid from 100 to 139cm, and free of charge for kid under 100cm.
With lunch, the price of Dong Giang Heaven Gate is 500.000 VND per adult and kid above 139cm, 400.000 VND per kid from 100 to 139cm, and free of charge for kid under 100cm.
The standard entry ticket of Dong Giang Heaven Gate excludes the cable car to Bao Lam Peak and the Glass Bridge.
Lunch is served at Ngan Ha Restaurant near Fivitel Hotel (or waterfalls), from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm. Visitors should check the lunch time again when come. We recommend visiting the glass bridge before or after having lunch. If come to Dong Giang Heaven Gate in the morning, this bridge should be in the afternoon (to optimize the time). If stay overnight, it should be in the morning (to avoid the crowds and enjoy the beautiful mountain landscape when the sun just rises).
Additionally, lunch is served for 2 people minimum. Solo travelers may have a smaller portion (please check directly with the cashier when come). The menu has salad, caramelized fish in clay pot, boiled pork with fish sauce and pickled vegetables, village chicken salad with herbs, stir-fried forest bamboo shoot with pork, fried egg, tofu stuffed with pork and tomato sauce, stir-fried vegetables, fresh fruit, and a cup of water/ice tea.
If do not buy lunch at the entrance, visitors can walk to the restaurant and order. The price then is 250.000 VND per person.
There are more food choices in the weekend than weekdays. From Monday to Friday, visitors should buy lunch ticket, and if come on Saturday/Sunday, street foods can be found (such as com lam – rice in bamboo tube, grilled village chicken).

Things to Do at Dong Giang Heaven Gate
Waterfalls at Dong Giang Heaven Gate
On November 28, 2022, the Vietnam Records Organization officially bestowed the title of “Ecotourism area with the most natural waterfalls in Vietnam” upon the Dong Giang Heaven Gate. The recognition acknowledges a sprawling system of 25 distinct, naturally occurring waterfalls found within the resort’s 120-hectare forest grounds.
These cascades are woven into the identity of the local Co Tu ethnic community. Many waterfalls carry traditional names—such as A Tut (torch), A Lieng (wood), or To rang bhot (home of monkeys)—that reflect their ancestral stories and daily lives. The certification serves to highlight both the geological significance of these waterfalls and the successful preservation of the surrounding wilderness as a sustainable tourism destination.
Until now 2026, the best waterfalls at Dong Giang Heaven Gate are Thac Tien (Fairy Waterfall) and Thac Trung Rong (Dragon Egg Waterfall). Both of these places are near Fivitel Cong Troi Dong Giang Hotel, where the buggy can drop off visitors. The tourist area allows people to go swimming during the day time (8:00 am to 5:00 pm).
From the entrance, the first waterfall you see is Thac Tien (Fair Waterfall). There is a hanging bridge cross the river in the front of it. Besides swimming, visitors can play standup paddleboarding here. Depth of the pool is 5 meters.
From Thac Tien, visitors need to climb many stairs to reach Thac Trung Rong Waterfall. The pool at this waterfall will be larger than the one at the foot of Thac Tien Waterfall.

Caves at Dong Giang Heaven Gate
Dong Giang Heaven Gate, nestled in Quang Nam’s rugged Truong Son range, offers a captivating journey into pristine, otherworldly cave systems. Renowned for their ancient, naturally sculpted stalactites and stalagmites, caves like the Fairy Palace Cave (Dong Tien Cung) and Jade Emperor Cave (Hang Ngoc De) provide a mystical atmosphere characterized by serene silence and dramatic light-filtering through limestone cracks. From the entrance, Hang Ngoc De (the Jade Emperor Cave) is closer than Dong Tien Cung (the Fairy Palace Cave) but smaller. From the main road (where the shuttle bus drops off), walk through Bon Bon Park and then climb 124 steep stairs. From the cave, there’re 476 steps leading to Lam Cung Thanh Mau Temple (the Forest Mother Goddess Temple). Opening hours are from 6 am to 5 pm, so if stay overnight, you can come here in the early morning to avoid the crowds.
To see Dong Tien Cung (the Fairy Palace Cave), visitors need to go towards the Co Tu village on the other side of the river. This cave has 9 rooms and passenges filled with beautiful rock formations. In the last room, go back by the same way to exit. Opening hours are from 6 am to 5 pm, so if stay overnight, you can come here in the early morning to avoid the crowds.
Before visit Dong Tien Cung (the Fairy Palace Cave), all visitors have to wear a helmet, because there’re many rock formations above the head. The path inside the cave is quite dark, so watch your steps carefully! Bats may be not many in this cave during the day, so if afraid of bats, it will be fine here.

How to Get to Dong Giang Heaven Gate
Dong Giang Heaven Gate is located in A So village, Ben Hien commune, Da Nang city (formerly Ma Cooih commune, Dong Giang district, Quang Nam province, Vietnam).
From Da Nang, the distance to Dong Giang Heaven Gate is around 65 kilometers. The most popular way to get there is hiring a private car with driver. It takes visitor approximately 2 hours to go from Da Nang city center (and also 2 hours to get back).
If like going by motorbike, the quickest route is by QL14B. From your home or hotel in Da Nang downtown, search the shortest way to reach the intersection of QL14B and Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Road (15°57’51.6″N 108°08’21.5″E on Google maps). After that, follow QL14B (move southwards) until Ha Nha Bridge which cross Vu Gia River. From here, ride to Ha Tan Bridge (or Ha Tan Market). At the crossroad in the end of Ha Tan Bridge, you can see the sign showing the direction to Dong Giang Heaven Gate.
From Hoi An, the distance to Dong Giang Heaven Gate is around 75 kilometers. The most popular way to get there is hiring a private car with driver. It takes visitor approximately 2.5 hours to go from Da Nang city center (and also 2.5 hours to get back).
If like going by motorbike, the quickest route is DT608 – DT609. From anywhere in Hoi An, go to Hung Vuong Road and then DT608 (westwards) to Vinh Dien town. After cross Vinh Dien Bridge, turn left and follow Tran Quy Cap Road. From now, just go straight, through Ai Nghia town, the countryside until Ha Tan Village. At the crossroad in the end of Ha Tan Bridge, you can see the sign showing the direction to Dong Giang Heaven Gate.
On the way from the city Da Nang or Hoi An, visitors will go pass by Thuong Duc Battle Memorial. If possible, spend 30-60 minutes here to learn about the history of the area (the Vietnam War).
Keep in mind to fill the gas tank fully before going to Dong Giang Heaven Gate because there is no petrol station in the mountain areas. The last place you can find is in Ha Tan Village (near Ha Tan Bridge).
