This half day tour shows you Hai Van Pass and Monkey Mountain, two must see attractions in Da Nang. In the Monkey Mountain (Son Tra Mountain), will visit Linh Ung Pagoda, the biggest Buddhist temple in the area. On a hilltop by the sea, it’s well known for 67-meters-tall Lady Buddha statue (one of Vietnam’s tallest Buddha statues), grand buildings, plenty of creative bonsai trees and marble sculptures. The next place is Hai Van Pass which has the most beautiful coastal road in Vietnam. You will go up to its top to see historical remains. On the way, stop at the best spots to enjoy the breath-taking views.

The Monkey Mountain
The Monkey Mountain of Da Nang is known as Son Tra Mountain. This 6,000-hectares mountain is surrounded by the sea on three sides. It’s home to untouched forests with a high diversity of animals, spectacular coastline and beautiful beaches. See more details
Here are places that you will visit in the Monkey Mountain:
– Linh Ung Pagoda: the biggest Buddhist temple in the area. Built on the hilltop from 2004 to 2010, it has very large worshipping halls, tall towers, numerous bonsai trees and plenty of stone sculptures. The view from here is awe-inspiring. See more details

Hai Van Pass
Go through the most beautiful coastal road in Vietnam. It’s a 20-kilometers-long mountain route that is famous for many turns and fascinating panoramic views stretching from the mountain to the sea. At its top, at the elevation of 500 meters, there are historical remains dating from Vietnamese feudal, French and American periods. Hai Van Gate
Sitting on the top of Hai Van Pass, at an elevation of nearly 500 meters, Hai Van Gate is built in the 19th century to control the traffic on the pass and on nearby bays. Here, visitors will see remains from different periods in Vietnam history, including bunkers from French and American wars. See more details

– Our driver & guide will pick you at your hotel in Da Nang city center (including Hai Chau District, Son Tra District except Nai Hien Dong ward & Tho Quang ward, Ngu Hanh Son District except Hoa Hai ward & Hoa Quy ward) or Hoi An city center.
– In the end of the tour, our driver & guide will drop you off at your hotel.
– Pickup surcharge is required to visitors staying NOT in Da Nang city center or Hoi An city center.
– All surcharges are payable in cash directly to your tour guide.
– No pick up & drop off service in Tan Hiep area of Hoi An (Cham Island).
– Children above 1,4 meters height OR 10 years old will be charged same to adults.
– Children from 1 to 1,4 meters height OR from 5 to 10 years old, will have a discount.
– Children under 5 years old OR 1 meter height, will be free of charge.

– Any cancellation before 3 – 2 days of departure date will be charged 75% selling price.
– Any cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable.

What to bring/wear
Visitors should wear comfortable walking shoes, hat/cap, sunglasses, sunscreen, rain poncho/jacket (from October to January), cash.
