Does Ba Na Hills Take Card?
Currently, visitors can use one of major international debit/credit cards to pay for everything at Ba Na Hills, including Visa, Mastercard, JCB (Japan Credit Bureau), Union Pay, and American Express. For other cards, please contact the park directly to know the exact information.
No matter purchasing Ba Na Hills entry tickets online or at the official counters, there is no fee. Counters inside the travel agency zone, will require a fee of 3-5%.
At Mercure Bana hills hotel, paying by card is accepted the same, and it’s processed without any fee, including purchasing cable car tickets when check in.
At official ticket counters of Ba Na Hills, contactless payment is accepted as well (like Google Pay, Apple Pay,…)
If use Visa card to buy tickets on the official booking website of Ba Na Hills, visitors can get 10% discount. No discount for other places.
However, we still recommend visitors to bring cash (VND) to pay at shops (souvenir shops, coffee shops,..). Their business is independent of Ba Na Hills company, therefore a fee for card payment may be required.
Foreign visitors can use cash for payment at Ba Na Hills. Local currency – Vietnam dong (VND) is accepted only. If don’t bring cash with you or don’t have enough, go to ATM near the Time Gate at the entrance complex (for paying tickets). On the mountaintop zone, it’s possible to find ATM at Morin Station.
Money exchange is unavailable at Ba Na Hills. If have foreign currencies with you, remember to change them before going to this park.
