Pick up time: 8:00 AM (local time)
Our guide and driver will see you at your hotel in Hoi An. After that, go to the meeting place within Old Town for cooking class (Vy Market Restaurant).

Morning Glory cooking class (Vy Market cooking class)
This is itienerary of the cooking class:
– Walk to Hoi An Central Market, the biggest local fresh market. have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers, to see and taste the wonderful variety of foods on display.
– Have an interactive street food tour with 10+ tastings (banh mi, dumplings, pickles, weird & wonderful foods,…) and watching how locals make different things like rice paper, cao lau noodle,… This experience is the first one ever in Vietnam.
– Meet your chef and learn how to make authentic Vietnamese dishes:
1. Cabbage leaf parcels shrimp mousse in broth
2. BBQ chicken & lime leaves
3. Mango salad with prawns
4. Crispy Hoi An pancakes with pork, prawns & bean sprouts
*The class duration is approx 2.5 hours.
*Vegetarian menu is available upon request.
– Have lunch with dishes what you exactly have made.
Hoi An Old Town walking tour
In your walking in Hoi An Old Town, you will see these places:

Additional Information
– Our driver & guide will pick you at your hotel in Da Nang city center (including Hai Chau District, Son Tra District except Nai Hien Dong ward & Tho Quang ward, Ngu Hanh Son District except Hoa Hai ward & Hoa Quy ward) or Hoi An city center.
– In the end of the tour, our driver & guide will drop you off at your hotel.
– Pickup surcharge is required to visitors staying NOT in Da Nang city center or Hoi An city center.
– All surcharges are payable in cash directly to your tour guide.
– No pick up & drop off service in Tan Hiep area of Hoi An (Cham Island).
– Children above 1,4 meters height OR 10 years old will be charged same to adults.
– Children from 1 to 1,4 meters height OR from 5 to 10 years old, will have a discount.
– Children under 5 years old OR 1 meter height, will be free of charge.
– On your day of travel, if your kid is 1,4 meters and above (and you booked a children ticket previously), please pay the surcharge of 350,000 VND in cash.

– Any cancellation before 7 days of departure date will be free of charge.
– Any cancellation before 6 days of departure date will be charged 30% selling price.
– Any cancellation before 5 – 4 days of departure date will be charged 50% selling price.
– Any cancellation before 3 – 2 days of departure date will be charged 75% selling price.
– Any cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable.

What to bring/wear
Visitors should wear comfortable walking shoes, hat/cap, sunglasses, sunscreen, rain poncho/jacket (from October to January), cash.
