Have lunch with local food at a local restaurant
Try Hoi An style Banh mi, a local sandwich that is made of bread, pork liver pate, mayonnaise, raw vegetables, herbs and meats (pork, chicken, egg, beef, sausage, etc), sauces. Vegetarian banh mi is available. We recommend a local restaurant where family members made the bread by themselves to serve the guests. Banh mi in Hoi An is considered as the best banh mi in Vietnam.
