Tomb of Khai Dinh Emperor
The Tomb of Khai Dinh is the last imperial mausoleum of the Nguyen Dynasty. Built over 11 years (1920-1931), it is most famous for its striking blend of Eastern and Western architecture. Its interior is an opulent masterpiece, covered floor-to-ceiling in vibrant, intricate porcelain and glass mosaics.
Tomb of Minh Mang Tomb
The Tomb of Emperor Minh Mạng is a majestic royal mausoleum near Huế, built between 1840 and 1843. It is celebrated for its perfect symmetry and harmonious blend of architecture and nature, strictly following Confucian principles and feng shui. The sprawling complex features nearly 40 ornate structures, serene lakes, and stone statues of officials. See more details
Thuy Xuan Incense Village
Thủy Xuân Incense Village is a historic craft village in Huế, famous for its nearly 700-year tradition of making high-quality, naturally scented incense. It’s renowned for the picturesque, colorful bundles of incense sticks drying in the sun, creating a vibrant “incense flower garden.” Visitors often stop here for unique photos and to experience the artisanal process.
Tomb of Tu Duc Emperor
The Tomb of Emperor Tu Duc (Khiem Lang) is celebrated as the most poetic and romantic of the Huế royal tombs. Built during his lifetime (1864–1867), it served as his personal retreat for poetry and reflection. Its vast complex resembles a scenic park, featuring serene lakes like Luu Khiem Lake, pavilions, and a large Stele Pavilion with his self-written eulogy. See more details
