Born in Scotland in 1963, “Monty” dominated the European Tour during the 1990s and early 2000s, claiming a record eight Order of Merit titles (now the Race to Dubai), including a remarkable seven consecutively from 1993 to 1999.

How to Get to Montgomerie Links Golf Course
Montgomerie Links Golf Course is located on the Coastal Road, Dien Ban Dong ward, Da Nang city, Vietnam (also known as Non Nuoc Beach area), and between Da Nang city downtown and Hoi An, a famous ancient heritage town.
From Da Nang city center (Hai Chau, Hoa Cuong, Thanh Khe, An Hai,…) or My Khe Beach, the distance to Montgomerie Links Golf Course is about 15-20 km. The best way for golfers to get there and return is private car rental if go with a group. The drive for each way is 20-40 minutes, depending on the departure location. After golf time, do not forget visiting nearby stunning attractions such as Hoi An Ancient Town or/and Marble Mountains.
From the Da Nang International Airport (DAD) – the nearest airport, the distance to Montgomerie Links Golf Course is about 20 km. Booking a private car or van is still the most convenient way for golfers and their items if go with a group.
