TICKET RESERVATION/BOOKING

After your full payment, team of Hoi An Day Trip Company will contact you directly by phone number (or WhatsApp) or/and email to send E-voucher(s). If send the payment between 10:00 PM and 7:30 AM, the voucher(s) will be sent on the closest day.

On the day you booked, show the voucher(s) at the ticket check point to pass. With any problems when use the voucher(s), please contact us directly by 24/7 hotline +84968009827.

Any ticket reservation/booking will be non-refundable.

ABOUT DEPOSIT

If do not want to send a full payment for a tour or transfer, a deposit is required. The deposit is at least 30% of total amount. The balance will be paid by cash or credit card on the day you booked (if possible, paying the balance 1 day in advance is recommended).

After receiving your deposit succesfully, team of Hoi An Day Trip Company will send a booking confirmation voucher to your WhatsApp number or email.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TOURS

If send a deposit only

For private tours and small group tours:

– Any cancellation before 6 days of departure: 100% of deposit will be refunded.

– Any cancellation before 2-5 days of departure date: 50% of deposit will be refunded.

– Any cancellation within 48 hours or no-show: non-refundable.

If send a full payment

For private tours and small group tours:

– Any cancellation before 6 days of departure date will be free of charge.

– Any cancellation before 3-5 days of departure date will be charged 30% selling price.

– Any cancellation before 1-2 days of departure date will be charged 50% selling price.

– Any cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable.

In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
