Guideline to Book Mercure Bana Hills Hotel for Groups
Step 1: Send us a request

*Guests receive a discount for cable car ticket, therefore your group can pay later when check in, and doesn’t need our assistance for a good price.
Step 2: Payment
Visitors can choose one of these ways to pay:
– credit card: we will send a payment link. Besides total ticket cost, there is also a transaction fee 3% (from the 3rd party). However, we can cover this fee for big groups (please discuss directly by WhatsApp or email)
Step 3: Receive booking confirmation/receipt
A few minutes after the payment successfully done, we will send your group/company a booking confirmation and receipt through email.
Cancellation/Refund
Tickets booked are non-refundable.

– Our driver & guide will pick you at your hotel in Da Nang city center (including Hai Chau District, Son Tra District except Nai Hien Dong ward & Tho Quang ward, Ngu Hanh Son District except Hoa Hai ward & Hoa Quy ward) or Hoi An city center.
– In the end of the tour, our driver & guide will drop you off at your hotel.
– Pickup surcharge is required to visitors staying NOT in Da Nang city center or Hoi An city center.
– All surcharges are payable in cash directly to your tour guide.
– No pick up & drop off service in Tan Hiep area of Hoi An (Cham Island).
– Children above 1,4 meters height OR 10 years old will be charged same to adults.
– Children from 1 to 1,4 meters height OR from 5 to 10 years old, will have a discount.
– Children under 5 years old OR 1 meter height, will be free of charge.
– On your day of travel, if your kid is 1,4 meters and above (and you booked a children ticket previously), please pay the surcharge of 350,000 VND in cash.

– Any cancellation before 7 days of departure date will be free of charge.
– Any cancellation before 6 days of departure date will be charged 30% selling price.
– Any cancellation before 5 – 4 days of departure date will be charged 50% selling price.
– Any cancellation before 3 – 2 days of departure date will be charged 75% selling price.
– Any cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable.
