Step 1: Choose your best option
Option 1 (group of 7-300 people): La Crique buffet only
Option 2 (group of 2-6 people): La Crique combo that includes round trip transfer from Da Nang/Hoi An, hotel pickup, Ba Na Hills entry ticket, cable car, La Crique lunch buffet)
Option 3: booking with room at Mercure Bana Hills hotel (please see guidance in this link: https://hoiandaytrip.com/mercure-bana-hills-booking/)
Step 2: Provide us the information

Step 3: Payment
Visitors can choose one of these ways to pay:
– credit card: we will send a payment link. Besides total ticket cost, there is also a transaction fee 3-3,5% (from the 3rd party). However, we can cover this fee for big groups (please discuss directly by WhatsApp or email)
Step 4: Receive E-voucher(s) with QR code
A few minutes after the payment successfully done, we will send you E-voucher(s) with QR code through Whatsapp/Zalo or email.
If book a combo with skip the line ticket, please come to our office in Ba Na Hills entrance to get a wristband (because it can not be processed online).
*In some cases, firstly we will send you a confirmation voucher instead of ticket. At least 1 day before the day booked, tickets are sent directly to your contact number or email.
Step 5: Scan E-voucher(s) at cable car station/restaurant
On the day visitors booked, it’s just needed to show the E-voucher(s) and then scan QR code to pass. Do not have to come to any ticket counters or meet anyone.
At the buffet restaurant, please show E-voucher and scan QR code 1 more time.

– Our driver & guide will pick you at your hotel in Da Nang city center (including Hai Chau District, Son Tra District except Nai Hien Dong ward & Tho Quang ward, Ngu Hanh Son District except Hoa Hai ward & Hoa Quy ward) or Hoi An city center.
– In the end of the tour, our driver & guide will drop you off at your hotel.
– Pickup surcharge is required to visitors staying NOT in Da Nang city center or Hoi An city center.
– All surcharges are payable in cash directly to your tour guide.
– No pick up & drop off service in Tan Hiep area of Hoi An (Cham Island).
– Children above 1,4 meters height OR 10 years old will be charged same to adults.
– Children from 1 to 1,4 meters height OR from 5 to 10 years old, will have a discount.
– Children under 5 years old OR 1 meter height, will be free of charge.
– On your day of travel, if your kid is 1,4 meters and above (and you booked a children ticket previously), please pay the surcharge of 350,000 VND in cash.

– Any cancellation before 7 days of departure date will be free of charge.
– Any cancellation before 6 days of departure date will be charged 30% selling price.
– Any cancellation before 5 – 4 days of departure date will be charged 50% selling price.
– Any cancellation before 3 – 2 days of departure date will be charged 75% selling price.
– Any cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable.
