Pick up time: your flight arrival time (local time)
Our driver will see you at the arrival gate at Phu Bai Airport or Hue Airport (HUI). He holds a sign showing your full name. After meeting you, he takes you to the nearby parking lot.
Group of 1-3 people can book a car, and group of 4 and above can book a minivan or bus. Our car, minivan and bus are all new, well maintained and air-conditioned. Our drivers are experienced, licensed and drive safely.
Hue Airport to Hoi An transfer
Traveling from Phu Bai International Airport in Hue to Hoi An via the Hai Van Tunnel covers approximately 100 kilometers. This direct route bypasses the mountain pass, typically taking about 2 to 2.5 hours by private car/van. It is the most efficient connection for travelers seeking a smooth, time-saving journey between the airport and the historic ancient town.

– In the end of the tour, our driver & guide will drop you off at your hotel.
– Pickup surcharge is required to visitors staying NOT in Da Nang city center or Hoi An city center.
– All surcharges are payable in cash directly to your tour guide.
– No pick up & drop off service in Tan Hiep area of Hoi An (Cham Island).
– Children above 1,4 meters height OR 10 years old will be charged same to adults.
– Children from 1 to 1,4 meters height OR from 5 to 10 years old, will have a discount.
– Children under 5 years old OR 1 meter height, will be free of charge.
– On your day of travel, if your kid is 1,4 meters and above (and you booked a children ticket previously), please pay the surcharge of 350,000 VND in cash.

– Any cancellation before 5 – 4 days of departure date will be charged 50% selling price.
– Any cancellation before 3 – 2 days of departure date will be charged 75% selling price.
– Any cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable.
